We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Supervisor to lead our influencer marketing initiatives and drive significant growth in our client's digital presence. Based in Bogor, you'll be part of a team that leverages data-driven strategies and cutting-edge tools to build and manage high-impact influencer campaigns.

As a KOL Supervisor at Sinergi Ayu Semesta, you'll oversee a portfolio of KOLs, ensuring they align with our clients' brand values and campaign goals. You'll develop and implement strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and conversion, while also providing regular reports and insights to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier influencers and help shape the future of digital marketing in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a portfolio of KOLs, ensuring they meet campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and conversion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored influencer campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and other relevant platforms.
Provide regular reports and insights to clients, showcasing the impact of influencer marketing efforts.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in influencer marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL portfolios.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
