Daily, you will visit customer locations, follow up on outstanding payments, and negotiate payment plans to ensure timely collections. You will also maintain detailed records using our in-house collection management system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field collections or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with collection management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
