As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage payroll processes, and support the overall financial operations of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance is a plus.
