📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of EV charging stations and renewable energy systems across Bali.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and project timelines.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for energy infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Train and mentor installation teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high uptime and reliability.
• Develop and implement best practices for sustainable energy solutions in Bali.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company's sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy infrastructure installation and project management.
• Familiarity with EV charging technology, renewable energy systems, and smart grid solutions.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently across Bali.
• Certifications in energy management or sustainability are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with a strong commitment to sustainability.
