📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for F&B construction projects.
• Conduct cost control and monitoring to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality F&B construction projects.
• Leverage software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD for accurate and efficient project management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff in quantity surveying and project management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in F&B construction projects.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
