📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, including stoves, grills, fryers, and refrigeration units.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to kitchen equipment.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order.,Assist in the installation and setup of new kitchen equipment.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on kitchen equipment.,Provide technical support to the kitchen staff as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to improve kitchen operations and efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the food service industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technician in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid certification or license as a Technician in the food service industry.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
