Shine Store Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
