📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement pit optimization strategies to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations of mining projects.
• Prepare and maintain detailed mine plans, including long-term and short-term schedules.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of mining projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mining technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pit optimization and mine planning.
• Strong knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid mining certification and experience with underground or open-pit mining operations.
• Experience with economic analysis and feasibility studies.
