📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support.,Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
