Glow Sun Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they meet high standards of service and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Work with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
