Daily, you'll work closely with our maintenance team to monitor equipment performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs. You'll leverage tools like SAP PM for maintenance planning and asset tracking, and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal asset performance and longevity.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage SAP PM for maintenance planning and asset tracking.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and asset management.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in ISO 55000 or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
