📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of stores to identify potential loss areas and compliance issues.
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and operational standards.
• Investigate and document incidents of theft, fraud, or non-compliance.
• Train and mentor store staff on loss prevention best practices and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize software tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to track and report loss prevention metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail loss prevention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention, auditing, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention techniques.
• Certification in loss prevention or auditing (e.g., CPIM, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with store staff and management.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and loss prevention software such as SAP or Oracle.
