📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the company's management team and other departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and management of legal documentation.
• Support the legal team in litigation matters, including case preparation and trial representation.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.
• Advise on corporate governance and risk management.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
