📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
