In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the F&B service operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B service management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the F&B service operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement F&B service standards and procedures.,Train and mentor F&B service staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and analyze F&B service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless F&B service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service area.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies for F&B service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of F&B service standards and best practices.,Experience in a luxury or high-end F&B service environment is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
