📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting in the provision of direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
• Assisting in the preparation and administration of medications as per physician's orders.
• Assisting in the documentation of patient records and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure a high standard of patient care.
• Participating in patient education and advocacy.
• Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organized nursing unit.
• Assisting in the preparation of patient meals and fluids.
• Participating in staff meetings and in-service training as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or limited experience in nursing (S1/S2 Keperawatan).
• Valid nursing license (if applicable).
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
