📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions with precision and confidentiality.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.,Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to cash handling and transactions.,Assist in managing the cash drawer and ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of the shift.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role (preferably in the hospitality industry).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
