📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing sales and operations in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
