📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Identify training needs and design personalized learning plans for employees.,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they've learned.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs to demonstrate their value.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
