📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Manage and maintain IT documentation and records.,Conduct regular system backups to prevent data loss.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
