Crystal Web Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As a HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Administer payroll and benefits,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the management in strategic HR planning and decision making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
