📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for POS and ERP systems.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure staff proficiency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to cashiers and system users.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in HR training.
- Report on training program outcomes and impact to HR management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on system training.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for POS and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR training and development is a plus.
