📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and in good working condition.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
