🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
