PT Easyrent Bali Mobilindo is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Reservation professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, reservations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer customer inquiries about our rental services and vehicles,Process and confirm vehicle reservations and bookings,Provide information about rental rates, policies, and terms,Assist customers with any issues or concerns related to their reservations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations,Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicles are ready for pickup,Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction with the service,Promote our rental services and special offers to existing and potential customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with rental and reservation systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving skills,Ability to meet customer service goals and targets
