This role is crucial in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and sourcing potential suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain vendor relationships.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
