📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales on Amazon.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic to product listings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Mentor and support junior team members to ensure the continued success of our e-commerce initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Amazon Seller Specialist or similar role in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on PPC and listing optimization.
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms and how they impact product visibility and sales.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, SellerBoard, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Amazon PPC or e-commerce marketing is a plus.
