Rejeki Zahra Store is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes, including picking, packing, and storing.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and motivation.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and order replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
