📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and edit technical articles and blog posts to support our marketing efforts.,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Ensure documentation meets industry standards and best practices.,Work with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly documentation.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
