📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Identify and prospect new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with insurance products, industry trends, and company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and support colleagues as needed.,Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools and software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
