We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the design, planning, and execution of structural, civil, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) infrastructure projects in our rapidly growing township in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the structural integrity, functionality, and efficiency of our infrastructure, while collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and contractors.

At Sentul City, you will work with the latest industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Structures, to create detailed and accurate designs. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports the development of our township, contributing to the comfort and convenience of our residents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of structural, civil, and MEP infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure that construction activities meet design specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, using industry-standard software.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project efficiency and quality.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and MEP infrastructure design and construction, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Structures for design and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Valid professional engineering license and membership in a relevant professional engineering association.
