📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient building models.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols for our projects.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software, tools, and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and smart building solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specializing in MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Level 1 or BIM Level 2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
