📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure customers receive the best advice.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to create an appealing shopping experience.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Conduct customer surveys and provide feedback to improve the shopping experience.,Assist in the management of the sales floor, including stocking and organizing displays.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proactive and customer-focused attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
